We’re Looking For:
An experienced Children’s Home Registered Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step. You’ll need:
– Recent relevant experience
– Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent, or willingness to obtain)
– Passion for transforming young lives
– Expert knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and SCCIF
– Strong safeguarding and child protection decision-making skills
