We’re looking for compassionate female support workers who can bring a little extra to the every day care for this individual. If you’re a driver, have experience with manual handling (especially using ceiling track hoists), and are familiar with medication administration, that’s fantastic! We’d also love it if you have some understanding of autism. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in all these areas – what matters most is your caring nature and willingness to learn. We’re on the lookout for amazing individuals who have:
- At least six months of experience as a support worker, carer, or healthcare assistant.
- Complex care experience is preferred, with experience as detailed above.
- Excellent communication skills – because great care starts with great communication.
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature – it’s what makes you special!
- A keen eye for detail to keep all our care plans up-to-date and accurate.
