We’re seeking a passionate Service Manager to lead our supported living service in South Manchester. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish a new, high-quality facility comprising 14 self-contained flats for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You’ll oversee the setup and day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that empowers residents to live independently. Responsibilities include staff recruitment and management, compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for new residents. If you have at least two years of experience in a similar setting and hold a Level 5 qualification, we’d love to hear from you.
