We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our supported living services in Manchester. This is a hybrid role, combining hands-on support with protected time for admin and leadership tasks. You’ll lead a team of support workers, manage rotas, and help deliver safe, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. If you have at least 3 years’ experience in care, hold a Level 3 qualification, and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Adult Nurses (South West) to join our Complex Care team as Adult Nurses for Complex Care. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with complex health needs by delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community.
In this role, you’ll take clinical responsibility for a caseload of clients, ensuring their care is safe, holistic, and tailored to their individual needs. You’ll also play a key part in training and mentoring support workers, helping them build the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care.
