As this is a new site, we’re looking for someone with experience in setting up a service and who has a strong understanding of CQC regulations. Our Specialist Support Service helps adults and children who are autistic, have a learning disability, an acquired brain injury, or a severe mental health problem to live a life that is as rich and fulfilling as possible.

As a Service Manager at Cavalry, you’ll work closely and inclusively with the individual, their family, and other professionals to create a bespoke and responsive package of support. This support will keep them safe while empowering and gently encouraging them to explore and extend the limits of their comfort zone.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• Experience managing a service for similar needs
• Good knowledge of CQC regulations
• QCF Level 5 (or equivalent) – Desirable, but not essential
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• A valid driving licence (based on your location)
